Keeping the 2 in the deck would be the right thing to do if it blocked Spades from playing up in a timely manner but, in this case, that's not the case.  

I used the Q and K first.  LarryJ, try the game both ways -- playing the 2 over or bringing it down onto the 3 and compare your scores.  When I did that, I save at least one move by bringing it down.  That way, it comes down once and then plays back up for two moves.  If you play it over, it gets dealt two extra times.  I think!

I don't know how I did it, but I solved it with 122 moves.
