Donna I lost my first account long ago.  It took me years to play the back games and get ranking.  Must have been like 3 or 4 years ago now.

Donna, that happened to me twice...once when Windows 10 updated and once when I got my new computer...real pain to have to change things. I still can't get it to accept a new avatar.. At least t his time I did get my name back!!
