 I can't get close to the eighties,what am I doing wrong?

I see it, Larry and I agree. I finally got a little lower with Robin's 10 first. The key to that for me was bringing down the K second. 

Of course, no one will see this, but I'm thinking that what you don't bring down is important.   I'm just not sure what should be brought down and what should be played over.
