You're doing much better than me Robb. I too thought of calling Susan, and like you I hesitate. She called me in tears. It's so hard to lose these pets. Maybe a call would help - I don't know.

MM I just spoke with Susan via email...she is not doing well...I wonder if I should call her? I thought better to leave her alone..but that is the problem..she is all alone. Not sure if a phone call would be helpful to get her mind off BigBoy or not...Im suspecting NOT..she told me she is going to clean him up for his burial..she said either his tumor popped and the blood was all over or something else.
I suggested he wanted to die alone by himself for he knew there was nothing that could help him out of his illness. Pets are brilliant when it comes to trying to spare the pet owners emotions...but always fails...pets are such an integral part of the family dynamics.
