Here's the best I can do. Play hearts up through 4 right away, Black kings first, J first, keep 5 down to move 4. Try to empty 7th pile as soon as possible inorder to move the K. 3&4 will play straight up. 9 &8 first. Hope that's helpful.

Well Dilip has managed again to make an easy game hard. To get below 140 I used both black kings first but that's only the beginning. I'm still trying to figure out the rest.
