also move 7 first then 7 when spades play up.

Leave spades uncovered through the Q and play Q and J first.  it's the spades not the clubs that play up.  I don't normally have time for clues but made an exception. Good Luck.  6 plays up

Interesting, Rich. I'll try that later. I had thought I could move the J if I could do that.

Problem I had is I played J on Q to make 7 available to keep running clubs up, but that meant I couldn't free the Q to play.

I think if I could figure out how Rich played the J up, I could finish it, Sue.

Could someone give just one tiny clue please? 

All I've learned so far is that it's possible to run clubs up to J, but that seems to be a dead end.

I'm among the clueless.
