I got one more D. Thanks to donnamusica's clue. I tried it before but must have messed up because it didn't give me any less moves, but the more I thought about it the more sense it made so I tried it again. Thanks, donnamusica.

Sorry..10s can go up.. but really..all the black cards should be covered by hearts which you can't cover with anything else til they all go up.

All your hearts but the 5 should be down covering the black cards..just before they go up in a run..then the 5s turns up..and the rest of the Hearts up to 9 go up.

Keep the 10s down to move a black 9..if you put it up too fast you end up at 140 or 142. When you are on the right track, you know as the spades go up in a run.
