I got to 127 moving the 4 onto the 5 before I checked the clues. So my hopes were high when I saw jacqueline's clue for going lower. But not moving the 4 means I had to bring the 5 down, so I got 127 either way. Sure feels like it could go lower.

And fizzbut , you are right also! Still a lot more choices to think about here. Hmmmm...?
