Larry, I'm not lowest, but I still believe it's OK to use hearts above the 6.  That is, 7 and up.

The question appears to be - when is it ok to begin using hearts?.  As you can see, I have not found the answer.

I finished last yesterday’s game, but with a monster of a score. Thanks for the help today.

Thanks Rich and Margie! I think my brain was fried from last night's game! I still have no idea how it could be finished!

Some advice. Forget hearts. They will be the last ones to go up. Don't block spades. 5 and 6 will open the game for you. Play J first. That should be enough to finish. For lower scores, try different options. Good luck.

I think you can start trusting hearts at the 7

Also, Don't be tempted by low hearts.
