Mea culpa, but an hour later, I have no idea what my most recent screed means in any practical way.
Hmmm... Gave up trying to keep as many cards down as possible, and played spades up to make room for lots of kings, and somehow cut 10 moves off. Is it possible the scoring rules have changed a bit???
