The order in which you move your kings is not important.
Don't move hte Js. You'll end up in a dead end.

I played it several times, always with the same result.
1) All cards face up, except for 4 on the far right column.
2) All aces in place.
3) Dead end.
Since the 3s, the 4h, the 8c and the Qd were under the Jc, it had to be moved. That was the answer.
So I forgot about score and played to solve the game. And sure enough, by moving cards up i finally was abel to move the Jc and solved the game. So much for score, 168. But I did not mind because it was part of the strategy.
I know that tomorrow I'll play for score and bring it down. Don't know how far down, but I will. Have fun.
