OK, Di, here is a thought.   We develop a spreadsheet to identify where each card is located at the start of a game.   Once we know where the cards are located we can determine how to play the cards to achieve the fewest number of moves.   However, I'm not up to doing all that work.   I'd rather just play the game.

We need to all put our heads together to work out how to get below 100 moves, every single game! What’s the secret?
