Just got back from Chilie. Arrives Mar 12 at airport they took temps 2X, looked at all pages in passport gave phone number to call if sick. If you went into mall on March 14 they gave you hand sanitizer as you walked in and grocery store wiped cart before giving it to you.   Cruise got canceled Mar 13.  Returned to JKF in NY on Mar 17, took only 30 min to get through passport no one took our temps.  Got on a 75 passenger plane with only 20 people landed in Regna, DC and again no temp taken.  Maybe we should ask South America for help.  Chilie had only 57 cases and Peru 1.

We also are sheltering in place and trying to counter the depressing reality by doing home projects and watching old movies like "A Fish Called Wanda" and "Groundhog Day".

I live in a small town 790kms north of Sydney, population 5,200.

Anyways we live in a little city of about 35K. Home except for essentials and nature walks.  And I am distracted by all the ominous news stories; thus I'm playing with only half thought. 

We've been out of social things for a week now. There are lots of links to virtual museum tours, music, poetry, visual art. All free.
