OK, something is definitely wrong.  Sitting at 99 moves with 33 cards below still to play up when I played the last card--says I took 115 moves!

Wait a minute... I swear I was sitting with 97 moves, with at LEAT 10 cards still to play up when I played the last card from the pile, and wound up with 103 moves.  Something funny is going on...
