The smiley face, thumbs up, and thumbs down (I'm not sure what the exclamation point icon means) are kind of quirky because they don't seem to do anything when you click on one, but actually, the next time you load the game your click is added to the count. I clicked the thumb up on your comment then when I started the game over, now it shows a blue 1 on the thumb-up above your comment.

The red spiky circle with the footprints in it that appears about ^^ here is the symbol for games that you've completed with the fewest moves. There can also be a yellow one that I've never achieved (and neither have you apparently) that means games completed in least time.
Are those the ones you mean?
