Thanks to all the generous clue-givers. I'll know I've come of age solitaire-wise, when I can finish a hard puzzle (even a medium would do) without looking at the clues.

Hmm spoke too soon. I just brought down both red 10's and still was able to get 157. Now I'm not sure, but it may have been not bringing down the K D.

Thanks emm. I should of seen it myself. I had to keep replaying it because I kept bringing the 9 C down but you solved that for me.

I moved the K to the first empty space but then I did something different like maybe keeping a red 10 in the pile? Not sure.

Okay, emm, you can at least tell me which king YOU used!

Not surprising, emm, that you used my hints to go another move lower! Oh, well! That's what friends are for! I figure I let YOU get some more productive minutes out of YOUR day than I got out of mine. I'm sure you would have beat me again eventually anyway. It just may have taken you longer.

I give up! I guess I'm not in the mood to tackle a hard puzzle today. Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow. I think I'll try mahjong!!
