I agree with weed as to being able to finish by playing the cards as they come. Finished it on my first try. Of course, I'll have to try again for lower moves.

Okay, if you play it chilliemander's way, then my suggestions won't help you at all. If you play the 8 of spades first, it should excep the 3 of hearts is not in the upper pile and you can play it if you want. Either way you play it, both chilliemander and I came up with close to the same number of moves.

I waited for the 8 of hearts and put a red king in the second open slot (the first open slot going to the first black king). I wonder if we need to leave the 2 and 3 of hearts up in the pile also to maybe lower our number of moves?

Who rated this easy? Took me four tries. Finally left the 7 and waited for the 7 in the right most pile. Whew!!

Using the 8 of clubs instead of the 8 of spades worked for me. It took me 3 tries to finish.
