So very sorry, Chris. It's a sad time when you lose your best furry friend. Thinking of you. I'm sure Bambi is frolicking in the daisies in the sky, free of pain now.

I am so sorry Chris. I know how difficult it is to lose on of our fur babies. It is the downside of having pets. To love is to know loss. He is running free and maybe he will bump into a small cream colored poodle named Feebee Dee. 

So sorry, Chris! Yes he definitely is and you have great memories of running with him. 

Fri I said Good Bye to my Best Friend Bambi. He was 10 1/2 yr old Shepherd/Boxer mix. He had a back injury probable chasing a squire and his rear legs slowly weakened until he had no use at all. He was misdiagnosed with Hip Dysplasia but later found out not to be the case. 
Over the winter his front legs weakened. I had used a butt sling to carry his ass end around for the past year. For the past 2 month he needed almost 50% support for his front and 100% for his rear. He was very tired. He is running free now.
