Di - sorry to hear the bad news about your sister, but very glad to hear about the quick treatment and her good spirits. Must have been very difficult to be so far away.
Don't give up hope on the smoking issue; my sister smoked for many years even though she was a theatre nurse and regularly dealt with the results of smoking. It took years of failed attempts but she did it at last and has been smoke-free for around 10 years now. Best wishes to you and your sister.

She's 54, Robb and has been smoking since she was about 14. So, a lifetime. I'm hoping she's taking surviving this heart attack as the wonderful gift it is.
