James, I was getting 155 until I brought down the J first on the Q...after the A plays up, you will be tempted to move the K over in the blank space, but don't move it...wait until after the last flip and move the K in that blank space, the K slides over into the blank space created after the A plays up (last pile).....sorry Koko, I repeated some of your clues. ....37 moves at first flip, 71 moves at second flip.

This all gets me back to 155, somewhere I am moving or not playing up or over a card...

Order of Kings K, K, K, K plays up....J, 9, 9, 8 play over.

For 154 with Robin's clues, the key move for me is J first....J comes down after the last flip.....10, Q, 3 among others play over.
