Well James, I've played it several times and cannot figure out why your at 136. If your at 80 at the flip and the 4 is at the deck, there's no way you cannot make this work.

It doesn't change the overall moves but, if I play the 6 first and bring the 6 down before the flip, that puts me at 80 moves before the flip OR at 79 moves if I don't bring the 6 down but play it over after the flip (in which case, the 6 is the last card played over at the end of the game). That's why I tied playing the 6 first with 79 moves before the flip.
