Hello all SC'er. We are still OK (more or less). We came back home and Inge's overall recovery is still satisfactory. Unfortunately she suddenly developed shingles (Reason unknown - maybe all the stresses we had). She had to go on antiviral therapy. She feels like a walking pharmacy and she is not too happy about it all. If I remember PA had shingles recently. It is bnot too bad, only painful and it takes tome to recover. I am OK. I have been promoted to chief cook and bottle washer. I have done not too badly on making soups, stews, tea and sandwiches. So all in all we are OK. Definitely better than we feared when she was diagnosed and told to have to have surgery. Conpared to that life is now easy if not for the shingles.. They are a nuisance. Regards to all xxxxxx Karl
