I couldn't find a way to 139 without moving 2. So, I gave up and moved it near the very beginning. So there may be two ways to 139.

Oh, and obviously, the 2 and the 3 play up. Also, don't cover the 4. It has to go up after the 2 and 3 for everything to work.
