You're right, Chuffy. It does stand for "Eastern Standard Time". However, during the summer, many of us are now on EDT -- "Eastern Daylight Time". We're on EDT in Virginia. Maybe they're on EST where William lives. Do you have that where you are (Daylight Saving Time)?

Sorry for being simple but whats EST? I could throw a load of samples out there but would just make a fool of myself. Eastern Standard time would be one.!!
