Follow PaBaldy's clues. I assume you are at 45 at the flip. The only "two cards" you bring down after the flip are the 9 and the J. After you play up the 3,4,5 and 6, play past the K to the 2. (the 8 goes on the 9 and the 9 goes on the 10.) The 6 goes on the 7. You will see what to play up (the A, 2 and 3), and put the 6 on the 7. You'll play back to the J. Put it on the Q. The rest should follow.
