Norm, I'm at 54 moves at the flip with the layout Margaret gives above. 3 is first. Maybe you'll have more luck if you follow my clues. I only brought down the 6 and kept playing forward and backward to get to the cards I needed. I moved the 8 to make room for the K. I did three switches! Hope this helps!

The move that got me from 146 to 145 was 8 up.

Just got home and boy am I lost ! Flip # and layout would help.

So 7, 8, and 9 are first. 9 is still first. Also, the J is still first.

Sorry, the 9 goes on the 10 but the 9 comes down onto the 10 shortly after that.

William, all of Dale's clues are still good except I used the 7 first and the 7 after the flip. I brought down the 6 only and played the 4 and 5 over. Hope that helps!
