For 130. 9, 2, 8, 9, 7 and 4 first and all before flip. Move 8 to red 9 to make way for K and Q. 5 can then come down and 3 will play straight up. All this before the flip. Nothing comes down after the flip.

I am still getting 136..no matter what I do. RATS. I even played 5s over this time rather than bringing it down and it didn't make a lick of difference.

Also meant to say that I'm at 45 moves before the flip, if that helps.

Finally!! For 134, I used the 9 first (as Suzan said) and 8 first. In the first round, bring down the Q. After the flip, only use the J. The J plays over.
