what do you not bring down? If I didn't bring it all down it didn't all play up?

For 150 my Kings are K and K pre second flip. K comes down after second flip. K plays up

ok If there are more clues they would be appreciated. I am lost. I see how they are supposed to go up but I have to bring down everything to make it work and end up with a high score.. lost.
