I often use CAPS myself to emphasize what I would raise my voice a little saying when using verbal conversation Obviously, others may see them in a different way..

Hi RobI, when you use all caps in your message it gives the impression that you are yelling at everyone. Your tips are great but if you could just take it down a notch by taking your caps lock off, you would not get marked as spam.
