To add to pchang clue, if you use the J first (which I think is the most straightforward) then both the TS and J will play up. To do that, you can cover the 10 with the 9 and eventually after the 9 plays up then the 10 plays up. If you opt for that, only the K and the Q come down after the flip.

Either J or J works for 132. If you use J, 10, Q, and 10 are straight up. If you use J, Q first.
