William, you can wait until after the first flip to play the 3 directly on the 4, in which case you should be at 35 moves before the first flip and 69 moves before the second.

William, after you bring down the 10, the 9 over on the right (pile 7) plays on it. The 8 plays on the 9 and eventually gets moved over to the 9. Hope that helps. I'll check in tomorrow.

William, if you're still here ~ you move the 5 and whatever is on top of it (4) to the 6. That makes the first space for the K. When the 3 plays up, that makes a space for the K. The 4 gets moved to the 5 (near the end). BBL
