Fizz, many thanks! In conjunction with the other clues of the day, your final clues helped me find my way to 123! It's not 121, but I had struggled all day around 129, 128, 125, 127 -- and was having a hard time recreating the 125 for some reason. Your clues helped me get through the fog and finally surpass even the 125! Oh, what a feeling!! YEA!!

I just marked my 10 clue misleading, but that's the only part of that clue that is misleading. Too bad it was the only part that wasn't cryptic.

OOOOOPS!!!! I better quit while I'm ahead. I just found out the 10 first is very important, but timing is everything which includes not playing hearts up too fast.

Plus as has been surmised, there is more then one way to 123. The good news is I suspect there is only one way to 122. (or is that the bad news?)

I realize that was a dirty trick to come in at this time of the evening but hey what can I do, I had to work all day in the rain. However, to make matters worse I told Pa he was on the right track and no I'm back and using the 10 first. But in my defense I said, "Don't take it too much lower", I didn't say don't take it any lower.
