I don't get myself. This game says it's impossible, so why do i keep trying this?

Tried it again and still didn't win. Don't feel too bad as I guess nobody won. Oh well. There are other gammes to conquer.

In theory it does. As was explained back in the day, 25% of your score comes from archived games. Considering there are over 1,000 games in archives picking up a point on two on each game doesn't seem to make enough difference to impact rankings. Just the fun of the game. (And its the only possible way to get lowest moves to yourself as some lower scores were overlooked. Less competition I suppose. Now with a score or more of us doing battle every day, its harder to be lowest or even first to find lowest.)

Mornin all...I'm sure someone has asked before but...does lowering your score in the archives better your rankings or are only the current games applicable?.....Happy early b day Donna......

HI EVERYONE! Sixth day of rain here in Minnesota, too. Hope it's all over by next week. I have am moving on the 19th and am stressing. I'm doing the archives for the first time so I always have a game--at least until 2006 or whenever they run out. I'm on July 2008 and had the worst score of my life on an Easy game--something like 204!!!!!!!! Well, I think Fizz had 155 or something, so I knew it was going to be a rough one LOL. And there is July 16th, 2008 that, regardless of clues, I cannot even finish--after 6 tries. Some of the archives are very humbling indeed.. For a little ol' novice like me!
