Finishing is my favorite!

In my estimation it's time. Though you need to be competitive in both to get near the top. The long answer is scores are calculated by the difference between ones times or moves and the average of everyones. Even though the moves score is doubled the variance between what is possible to get in time and the times average, that variance is, I believe, more then double the variance for moves. The good news is it's largely based on the last 30 days so you don't have to go back and play the last 1000 competitively in order to compete.

Time is the most important ranking characteristic
