Are you covering the 6 with the 5? and do you move the 4 to the 5?

If you bring both red kings down first you don't have to do the Q first. 5 on 6 before the 5.

Ok, I'm doing something wrong because I consistently get 147. 5 on 6, 3 on 4, K straight up 7 and Q first and both red Kings first. HELP!!! PLEAsE!!!
