4 plays straight up whether you use Q or Q first. If you use Q first, bring down 9 so you can bring down the 8 before you flip. Otherwise, the 8 gets in your way at the end. If you use the Q first, it exposes the 6 so the 7 and 8 go straight from the pile. The only thing that matters about which black 9 you use for 8 is when you start with Q, you need to put the 9 up but since the 9 is right under the 9 you just wait to move the 8.

I'm not sure what clues are for which way so here's all of my way I think, don't move 3 K first, 5 on 6, 4 on 5, 8 on 9, 7 on 8, don't move 8 until 9, need to switch 10 to J toplay diamonds and spades up so you don't have to move the Q, Hope that helps. I haven't tried jac's newer clues yet to see if I can figure out her way.
