today i did a facial.... love it!!!! and last night i soaked my nails in a mixture of olive oil a bit of warm water and a tablespoon of salt.... i should have included crushed garlic but was not in the mood to smell that after dinner.... today ill paint the nails for the week.... there are lots of great youtube videos on makeup and beauty and although i am no longer 29 i love that stuff....
