today my son and his girl put together a stepper exercise machine for me.... it is small and not too heavy... i like it.... it is easier for me than the treadmill that ended up as a closet and shelf for this and that...it is called the HERS STEPPER and i got it from amazon where it was only 53$$$... ive already used it a few times today... its too hot to walk outside for too long now and the stepper will keep me in shape....because between you and me im a couch potato!!!!!
