Ping, no, there's no reason you should know that! Someone else will have to tell you the exact origin but it means a "no-flipper" which is when you complete a game by going through the deck only one time. I'm going to start a thread on the Forum as soon as I can get to it just for newcomers, addressing things like this and other issues -- kind of like an orientation. Welcome!
