I can't figure 1350 out...

Just became a member on this solitaire site. The 1350 one sticks on a red 4 even if it is qualifies as medium. Can anyone help me figure it out?

Hi Francis. Did you try the clues that were given in the comments. Pa left some fairly detailed tips on that one. And we left some more after that for lower moves. Keep at it.
