Changes to the awards system
I have just made a few changes to the awards system. The awards are calculated every half an hour with the new ranking system. Anyone who has the lowest time or lowest moves will receive an award, there is no longer a limit on how many people receive an award. Meaning if 10 people have the same lowest moves, then all 10 get an award.
Awards are displayed when you post a comment within a game and next to your name on the rankings screen. To prevent overcrowding a single star is displayed. When you view someones profile they should now have a star next to games they have received an award for.

I like that everyone who gets lowest moves gets a star. It appears one star is given per game per person even if someone gets best time and lest moves. I also notice you didn't mention an award for most helpful. It be nice to bring that back if it's not too cumbersome.
I absolutely love what you have done to this site, it's so much more interesting. Can you tell me Adam, what you have to do to earn a star at the side of you avatar? Jacxxx

I like the streamlined ranking system even if it does mean I've lost all my stars and dropped way down from about 30 to over 300 as I've not been able to play for the last 4 weeks. However, can someone please let me know where to find info about the the new fan system as I haven't seen anything in the forum or daily comments I've looked at (altho' my mother always says I look for things with my eyes shut!)
It took me two years to get two stars and then POOF! they are gone. Rats,Rats,Rats! Oh, the humanity!
@Keggie, click on anyone's name and under their profile you can click to become a fan. Most popular ratings are based on how many fans a person has. Try this one @Ann-Maree

Your right @Keggie, but I've been pushing Ann-Maree because as the story goes Adam picked Solitaire for his then fiancee Annie. I was thinking of embellishing the story to say that Adam made the site to propose to her on it.
