I cannot seem to change my avatir. I have tried everything read sol 101 but I can't get anything to work any suggestions?

Hi Fred, save the picture to you desk top. Then go into your profile and select choose own (the greyed out box) locate the picture on your desk top double click on the picture to select then press update profile. Hope this works, it's how I do nine. Regards Bex
