You can find it at allbookstores.com - $35 for the 1992 edition or $55 for the 2005 edition - both hard bound.

thanks so much for taking the time to let me know that.... i was lucky in that i found it used but in great shape for 10 bucks and 3.99 ship and hand...... some places wanted 100 to 300 hundred for it.... i also found an amish book i lent to a lady and she never gave it back.... i got it for 42 cents and 3.99 ship and hand.... i have a kindle but i prefer cookbooks for recipes and kindle for stories and games.... have a great day and thanks so much again... clara
