whew thought i was stuck there but moved a few around and finally got it

Thanks to Larry and Donna for the clues. It still took time but it is doable... and once you get it figured it's fun in a dysfunctional way.

Just filed my taxes - wish I had Mitt's problems! Now I'll try this puzzle which will probably be a lot easier!
