Thanks Susan that was helpful. So was the order of the kings but I can't make it work. I have to bring down Ks and play over Ks or I can't get even 128.

K first, K last. And, as Fizz said, the order of the other two doesn't matter. No one has mentioned the 7. Maybe I was slow to realize . . . but it plays over.
